We want you to feel good about everything you get from Conscigence — including the decision to ask for your money back, if something isn't right.

Books

Because our books are delivered instantly as digital files, we're not able to offer a refund once a book has been downloaded. If something went wrong with your purchase or download, write to us — we'll sort it out.

Courses

If you haven't started a course — meaning you haven't opened its first chapter — you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you've begun, we trust that you gave it a genuine try, and we don't offer refunds past that point.

How to request one

Email hello@conscigence.com with your order details. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 business days, back to your original payment method.

We'll never make this complicated on purpose. If something feels unfair about how this played out for you, tell us — we're a small team, and we'd rather have the conversation than hide behind a policy.
